So, we have this epic mascot now. I thought it'd be neat to involve her on the site a bit more. So, I have two ideas currently. If you have another idea, let me know.


An Akane Account

The idea is that we would have an account named "Akane" or "Akane Fukitsuna". I'd give a new person access to the account every week/month and they could pretend to be Akane for that amount of time. Posts would need to be in-character and there would be certain requirements and rules when using the account.


An Akane Fan Club

We could have a fan club for Akane, which would be an actual usergroup run by me. We could post anything related to Akane or ideas on how to increase her popularity, etc...

Akane Fanclub sounds nice, though I'd hope that it could be called something more concise and less direct.

Also, what if she had a "Mascot" userbar?

- the Akane Fan Club should be a totalitarian dictatorship,
- Akane is the Führer of this government,
- we need a new character that is the equivalent of Fegelein in the Downfall parodies who trolls Akane,
- this nation kills 6 million individuals of a certain ethnic group, nationality, or religion,
- in the end, Akane has the troll character executed and shoots herself


The roleplaying sounds retarded, but at least rename the account to just "Akane" so it fits in.
There should be a thread/gallery for Akane artwork so I can put this in it.

I think the identity of the person in possession of the Akane account should be kept private, so it's a secret to as to who it really is, and then maybe at the end of the week/month it's announced who it was that was Akane. And possibly have an award for being a member selected to post as Akane. Also for a final note, I think it should be a month, because a week feels to short just due to the size of our member base.

You should make a specific usergroup for Akane, to where s/he (the person using the account) can't give reputation to people (ie themselves).
